The course is devoted to preparing reports on soft tissue ultrasound: we will review which data must be included in the report (localization, dimensions, shape, echogenicity, structure) and how to accurately describe the condition of tissues — from normal findings to pathology.

Using examples of specific cases, we will examine the ultrasound appearance of:

• normal soft tissues;
• lipoma, atheroma, hygroma;
• abscess, inflammatory infiltrate, seroma;
• hematoma (including pulsating) and hemorrhage;
• dermatofibroma, deep and fascial fibroma;
• neurofibroma, sarcoma, metastatic involvement;
• thrombosis of superficial veins;
• foreign body;
• postoperative scar;
• infantile hemangioma (in different phases);
• arteriovenous and venous malformation;
• altered lymph nodes.

You will master clear formulations for conclusions - this will enable clinicians to quickly establish a diagnosis and choose treatment tactics, while ensuring timely and accurate diagnostics for patients.
