The course is devoted to preparing reports on soft tissue ultrasound: we will review which data must be included in the report (localization, dimensions, shape, echogenicity, structure) and how to accurately describe the condition of tissues — from normal findings to pathology.
Using examples of specific cases, we will examine the ultrasound appearance of:

- normal soft tissues;
- lipoma, atheroma, hygroma;
- abscess, inflammatory infiltrate, seroma;
- hematoma (including pulsating) and hemorrhage;
- dermatofibroma, deep and fascial fibroma;
- neurofibroma, sarcoma, metastatic involvement;
- thrombosis of superficial veins;
- foreign body;
- postoperative scar;
- infantile hemangioma (in different phases);
- arteriovenous and venous malformation;
- altered lymph nodes.
